in a de-identified format to our winery customers, investors, and potential

or Application or perform advertising services for us. For example, we use Magento, an e-commerce
platform to host certain portions of the Website. Unless we tell you differently, they do not
have any right to use your Personal Data beyond what is necessary to assist

reason other than to provide the services requested by us.
